   Air India express flight (IX-1344) from DXB to CCJ overshot from the table-top runway at Kozhikode airport in kerala.  This happened at around 7.41 PM last evening Relatives of passengers onboard Air India Express Flight (IX 1344) that crashed at Karipur International Airport, can contact the following Helpline Number for enquiries - 0495 - 2376901: Kozhikode Collector. #Kerala pic.twitter.com/g7EhdCHF1v — CNBC-TV18 (@CNBCTV18Live) August 7, 2020  This flight carries 190 passengers.Out of 190 passengers,174  are adults,10 infants,4 cabin crew and 2 pilots .The flight was operated as a part of vande Bharat mission .  As of now nearly 18 were dead including the 2 pilots.  Deepak Vasnth sathe who was the pilot of IX 1344.DV Sathe was former  test pilot of IAF .he was a well experienced aerial operator and Sword of honour recipient.
